第 7 届IEEE国际信号处理、通信和计算大会（ICSPCC 2017）将于2017年10月22-25日在中国 厦门 举行。本次大会由IEEE 西安分会、IEEE 香港分会、厦门大学和西北工业大学联合举办，其目的在于汇集来自世界各地的专家学者及工程师共同研讨信号处理、通信和计算领域的新理论、技术和应用，并安排国际知名学者的大会报告、专题学术报告，新技术研讨。
本次大会的主题是“海洋：下一个信息理论应用的时代”，体现未来信号处理、通信和计算领域热点应用，在可持续发展海洋中的重要性。
厦门，别称鹭岛，是国务院批复的中国经济特区，东南沿海重要的中心城市、港口及风景旅游城市。厦门市是一座风姿绰约的海上花园。城在海上，海在城中，构成了厦门的总体风格。岛、礁、岩、寺、花、木诸神秀相互映社，侨乡风情、闽台习俗、海滨美食、异国建筑融为一体，四季如春的气候更为海的魅力锦上添花。
ICSPCC 2017会议论文集将由IEEE出版，收录在IEEE Xplore，并被EI Compendex 全文检索。（ICSPCC 2011~2016已经被EI Compendex 全文检索。）
